Fire Risk Assessment
Our fire risk assessors are members of the Institute of Fire Safety Managers (IFSM), NEBOSH National Certificated in Fire Safety and Risk Management or CPOA Diploma trained and Graduate and Members of the Institution of Fire Engineers (IFE). We offer an on-line reporting system for our fire risk assessments called FCS Live.
Service & Maintenance
Regular inspection and maintenance of your fire safety equipment is not only paramount to their operation in the event of a fire, but also a mandatory requirement. A regime of periodic testing and maintenance is essential to meet regulatory requirements. We offer service & maintenance contracts for fire alarms, fire extinguishers etc.
We design, supply, install and commission fire safety systems for open protocol and managed systems. We use equipment from leading manufacturers, ensuring the most suitable installation for your premises.
Our emergency lighting meets the latest building safety regulations. Services include design, supply, install, commission and maintenance. Emergency lighting illuminates escape routes, signs and safety equipment.
We offer an array of fire extinguisher services and we supply high-quality fire extinguishers from Europe’s leading manufacturers, ensuring the most suitable installation for all types of business and usage.
Our training courses are run by our own trainers and certificates of attendance are awarded to all delegates. Courses include: fire safety awareness, fire warden, practical fire extinguisher training and single delegate training.
We are qualified to meet all fire evacuation requirements. Services include: fully documented fire emergency evacuation plans, monitored and documented on-site fire drills and fire evacuations, and evacuation chairs supply and user training.
Dry Risers & Hydrants
Fire Safety Services provides scheduled maintenance and testing to wet and dry rising fire mains, and fire hydrants in accordance with BS9990. Fire brigade equipment can also be supplied.
Fire Doors & Passive
Fire doors save lives and property. We carry out fire door inspections and provide you with a report to determine what is required for your doors to comply with the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005.
Portable Appliance Testing
Fire Safety Services offers a range of portable appliance testing (PAT) services including inspection, testing and remedial works, carried out by fully qualified and competent personnel.
