In 2015-16, the turnover of Fire Safety Services was just under £7.3m, with continued investment in people, training and marketing activity to support this. We now employ nearly 100 staff nationwide and are proud of our position as one of the largest and fastest growing independent fire safety companies in the UK.
In March 2018, Fire Safety Services was acquired by Churches Fire Security Ltd (Churches Fire) – a national supplier of fire protection services. For more than 25 years Churches Fire has helped UK businesses protect their staff, visitors and assets from the risk of fire and to meet the obligations of the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005. Fire Safety Service continues to operate under a separate brand within the Churches Fire Group but under the governance of Group Managing Director, Lorna Hayes. Furthermore, we are active members of the industry leading Fire Industry Association (FIA), of which David Murfitt is a Director.
